Of course! If ordering online is just not your thing, you can shop in person – check out our stockists page for details.

Our automated systems will only allow one code per order, but you can test all of the offer codes individually to test what one gives you the best deal.

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. 

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.  If you need it sooner, shoot us an email and we will do our best to accommodate.

For time sensitive orders, we highly recommended selecting priority or express post shipping. 

If your order was marked as delivered but it is not at the shipping location, we suggest verifying the shipping address on your order. If this is correct, check all possible locations around your home, apartment, or office and see if someone else accepted the delivery. 

Additionally, packages may be marked as delivered by the postal system before it actually arrives. Please wait 3 business days for your package to arrive after the delivery notification. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us at hello@tinyempirecanada.com and we will find a solution! 

Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date. 

We ship all over the world! Head to the checkout section of the site and enter your address to see if we ship to your location, and how much it will cost to get there.

Keep in mind that there may be additional duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package as well, especially if you are having your items shipped to a P.O. Box. Tiny Empire Canada Inc. is not responsible for additional duties and taxes. 

We're confident our products will support your quest towards a life well loved, but if you change your mind, we offer refunds for unopened, unused products within 30 days of the product purchase date. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees or provide return shipping labels.
