As you may already know, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you should expect extra delay on your shipment. Now that the holidays are approaching, both Canada Post and USPS (our main carriers) are reporting additional delays.
Please know that, under these extraordinary circumstances, we are doing everything we can to make and ship your orders as quickly as humanly possible, so that you don’t feel the effects of the shipping delays, but we don’t have any control over how long the package takes to get to you once it is shipped.
